Select your department from the department list as it will show you specific options not available to others. Let us know if your request is for a job posting as that will guide you through what we need for that. If the request is not a job posting addition (such as staff listing update), you will have the option of describing the request. Posting deletions are considered a regular request.

All job postings should come through HR.

Everyone else

Fill out the form fields, including a full description of the request. If you have large/certain files, such as header images, Google docs/sheets, program books (and associated files), link off to the location(s) on Drive instead of attaching.  Also let us know the priority of the request and if there is a deadline for completion.

Before submission, all requests should be final, proofed, and approved.
