Driving Directions to Campus
From Interstate 80 (San Francisco, Oakland, Marin)
Exit at University Avenue exit. Continue east on University Avenue approximately 1.5 miles to Oxford Street. Turn right on Oxford Street, pass Bancroft Way, and turn left on Durant Avenue. Our venues are located at various locations on/near the UCB campus.
From Highway 24 (Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek)
Exit at Telegraph Avenue exit. Turn right onto Telegraph Avenue and continue north approximately 2 miles to Bancroft Way. Our venues are located at various locations on/near the UCB campus.
Note: You should not attempt to drive through the campus to reach any of our venues. If your GPS directions for Zellerbach Hall or Zellerbach Playhouse lead you through campus (Frank Schlessinger Way/Grade St), we suggest that you use the address of the UC Berkeley Student Union: Eshleman Hall (2465 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94704), as it is directly in front of Zellerbach Hall.
BART
If traveling by BART, take the orange or red Richmond line to the Downtown Berkeley station. We recommend using the BART Trip Planner to get a list of BART options for the date, time, and location of the performance. From the BART station, you can take AC Transit to the performance venue (see “AC Transit” section below), or you may walk (approximately 10–15 minutes for most of our venues).

AC Transit
Several AC Transit bus lines stop directly in front of or near to our venues. We recommend using the AC Transit Trip Planner to get a list of bus options for the date, time, and location of the performance.
Parking
Finding parking can be a challenge as showtime approaches. We recommend arriving in Berkeley about 45 minutes ahead of the event and, when possible, considering public transportation. Below is a list and map of parking lots near each venue, all equipped for secure credit card payments.
Additionally, please be aware that at times, multiple events may occur on the same day or evening at the UC Berkeley campus, significantly limiting parking availability. To stay updated on potential parking conflicts, check the Parking Alerts section.

1. Lower Sproul Lot (Bancroft Way near Telegraph Ave, under Zellerbach Hall), approximate 1-minute walk
While this is the closest lot to Zellerbach Hall and Zellerbach Playhouse, parking is often fully reserved the day of performances, so we do not recommend counting on availability here.
2. Recreational Sports Facility (RSF) Garage (Bancroft Way at Ellsworth Ave), approximate 5-minute walk
3. & 4. Telegraph-Channing Garage (entrances on Durant Ave and Channing St, between Telegraph Ave and Dana St), approximate 5-minute walk
5. Ellsworth Structure (2312 Channing Way), approximate 10-minute walk
11. Bancroft Lot/Bancroft Parking Structure (2641 Bancroft Way), approximate 10-minute walk
Accessible Parking and Drop Off
Many of the lots listed above have accessible parking spaces, however, Cal Performances cannot guarantee availability at the time of the performance. For those who would prefer to be dropped off closer to the venue, there is a designated curbside drop-off area on Bancroft Way between Telegraph Ave and Dana St. Please be aware that there is not a wheelchair accessible curb in this loading zone; for a more accessible curb, look to drop-off closer to the crosswalks in this area along Bancroft Way.

Accessible Parking and Drop Off
Many of the lots listed above have disabled parking spaces, however, Cal Performances cannot guarantee availability at the time of the performance. For those who would prefer to be dropped off closer to the venue, there is a designated curbside drop-off area on Gayley Road just north of the Greek Theatre entrance near bus stop R15 (a 250ft walk to the beginning of the ADA ramp at the North Entrance).
Closest Lots
Please be aware that there is limited lot availability in the immediate proximity of this venue. We highly recommend taking BART when possible (Henry J. Kaiser Center for the Arts is a 6-minute walk from Lake Merritt Station.).
1. Henry J. Kaiser Center for the Arts (HJK) Lot (10 10th St), approximate 1-minute walk
This lot will be partially reserved on performance days, so availability will be limited. For those without reserved donor parking, admittance to the lot is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. OMCA Garage (1000 Oak St), approximate 5-minute walk
3. Fallon Parking Lot (915 Fallon St), approximate 4-minute walk
4. Jackson St Parking (1330 Jackson St), approximate 10-minute walk
5. Lot 6 (1446 Harrison St), approximate 15-minute walk
6. Douglas Parking Lot #6 (1500 Harrison St), approximate 15-minute walk
Please note that there are a number of small lots located an approximate 15–20-minute walk on the 1400 block of Harrison St, and on Webster St. Additionally, lots including the Alco Park Garage (165 13th St) are relatively close by, but are currently only available for daytime parking.
Accessible Parking and Drop Off
Many of the lots listed above have accessible parking spaces, however, Cal Performances cannot guarantee availability at the time of the performance. For those who would prefer to be dropped off closer to the venue, there is an accessible entrance at the south east corner of the building along 10th St (near 10 St’s intersection with East Dr). We recommend drop-off near this location to minimize the amount of walking necessary to reach the entrance.
Reserved parking is a benefit for donors of $1,000+. If you have already acquired reserved parking for a performance, your spot will be held under your name at the following lot locations:

Construction Alert: coincides with on-campus construction that impacts usual walking paths to Hertz Hall near Bancroft Lot. Look out for wayfinding signage, which will direct you to enter campus from the Bancroft Way sidewalk at Birge Path (near the Class of 1914 Fountain).
