Coordt Linke

Coordt Linke is an interdisciplinary percussionist, composer, and sound designer from Germany. He graduated in 1999 from the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf. Since then, various projects have provided him experiences in many different music styles and genres.

Linke’s creative works range across the boundaries of modern art and include dance, theater, improvisation, and new media.

In Germany, he has worked on many different theatrical productions at the Städtischen Bühnen Münster and the National Theatre of Mannheim, as well as at the Schauburg in Munich in a coproduction with India’s Ranga Shankara Theatre of Bangalore.

Linke has collaborated with renowned choreographers and dancers in Europe including Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Akram Khan, and Sylvie Guillem in productions such as Tempus Fugit, Zero Degrees, and Sacred Monsters. Since 2014, he has worked as a music accompanist for the dance department at the Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan. He has also collaborated recently with Ku & Dancers and Meimage Dance.
