Jon Goldman
Jon Goldman has worked extensively in theater and dance alongside some of the world’s most prolific lighting designers. Previous design credits include Pal Joey (NYCC). Associate/Assistant design credits include, on Broadway, Freestyle Love Supreme, Burn This, The Prom, Mean Girls, King Kong, Groundhog Day, Marvin’s Room, An American In Paris, Holiday Inn, and Elf. National tours include The Prom, Bandstand, Something Rotten!, On Your Feet!, The Sound of Music, An American in Paris, and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Off Broadway: Curse of the Starving Class, Dead Poets Society, Tiny Beautiful Things, Layover, Prodigal Son. Dance: Like Water for Chocolate, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Cinderella (Wheeldon), The Firebird (Ratmansky). Goldman was formerly Associate Lighting Director for ABT and he is thrilled to be part of the creative team of Christopher Wheeldon’s Oscar.
