Please use the form below to submit straightforward changes and corrections to the calperformances.org website. It is the responsibility of the requester to ensure that all proposed changes have been proofed and fully approved by any key stakeholders relevant to the request (See more about approvers below.).
Once the change has been submitted, a copy of the form will be emailed to you and web-submit@calperformances.org; a member of the Digital Team will respond from the web-submit address once the update has been made. To make edits to a previously submitted form, please respond on the email thread.
If your request requires additional brainstorming or discussion, or the addition of new pages/functionality to the site, please do not use this form; instead, email cpdigitalteam@calperformances.org. If the request is critical and needs immediate attention, please do not use this form. Contact Lynn Zummo directly via Google Chat or by phone/text (Staff Directory).
Unsure who should approve your edits?
- Job postings, changes to staff listing: Should all be submitted by HR directly.
- Changes to artist billing: Should first be brought to the attention of Tiffany Valvo, who can advise on next steps.
- Typo, link fixes, and other minor error corrections: Can generally be submitted without prior approval.
All other changes: Please use your best judgment, and consult your department leader if additional guidance is needed.
