A high-energy visual spectacle for the whole family! Cirque Kalabanté brings traditional African movement and music into the Montreal circus arts tradition with WOW (World of Words), a new production exploring the transmission of knowledge, the meeting of cultures, and the magic of shared respect. The troupe is led by Yamoussa Bangoura, a multidisciplinary artist of Guinean origin who realized his dream by founding a school of circus arts and directing a company specializing in African arts.
“Between explosive drumming and dance routines, the group delivered mind-blowing acrobatic sequences with extraordinary precision”—VICE Magazine
